Memphis Horrorcore pioneers Children of the Corn left an enduring mark on Memphis rap’s soundscape. A sprawling collection of talented rappers --many of who had yet to graduate from high school-- Children of the Corn combined classic soul samples and horror movie instrumentals to great effect, helping to define the sound of their era.
